Personalized mental health treatment offered in-person in Eugene or via telehealth throughout the state of Oregon

I’m a board-certified psychiatric mental health nurse practitioner offering an integrative, trauma-informed approach to care. I am available both in-person in Eugene and offer telehealth throughout Oregon. I take a comprehensive approach to care, which begins with a 90-minute evaluation during which we will discuss your concerns, medical history, and treatment goals. It is very important to me that I get a thorough understanding of what your needs and desires are in pursuing treatment. From there, we will develop a treatment plan together that may incorporate medication, supportive psychotherapy, and other lifestyle interventions.

I specialize in the evaluation and treatment of ADHD, anxiety, depression, and trauma. I have worked in a variety of mental health treatment settings and utilize many different approaches in my work. I stay up-to-date on the latest research and information to ensure that I am providing you with all the treatment options available to you.

I am here to connect and support you in a meaningful way. I have partnered with many individuals and believe that there is always an opportunity for us to reclaim control of our own lives.

Services

The initial appointment will be used to explore your history, symptoms, and goals. I aim to be comprehensive to allow the opportunity to best understand you. In some cases, additional evaluation appointments may be necessary.

Psychiatric Evaluation

Medication management includes helping you make an informed decision about your treatment options, which may include initiating, continuing, or discontinuing medications. If medications are prescribed, follow-up appointments will be scheduled to monitor effects, both positive and negative. I provide extensive education about medications as I believe that individuals should be empowered in their decisions.

Medication Management

I will often integrate psychotherapy into our appointments. This psychotherapy includes motivational interviewing, cognitive-behavioral therapy, and psychoeducation.
